| After practising the 'special' photography techniques for a looooonnnnnggggg time, finally I'm able to take the photo of dicot and monocot! I had observed the transverse section of dicot and monocot stem and root by using the light microscope for 2 hours during my bio lab session ... my eyes were getting sore >.< That's why i don't like to use the microscope, I always feel tired after using it. But the image under light microscope is awesome!!!! I can see those tiny cells which are not able to be seen with naked eyes. Some of the photos:  |
